Day 01 / Arrive Delhi

Day 02 / Delhi Sightseeing
After breakfast visit to New Delhi - was designed and built by the British in the 1920's-it's a city of wide Boulevards impressive Government buildings, green parks and gardens. In 1911 King George V announced the transfer of the capital from Calcutta to Delhi. Day 03 / Delhi - Mandawa ( 260 kms - 5 Hrs. Drive Approx.)
After breakfast drive to Mandawa (Shekhwati). The semi-desert region of Shekhwati is popularly known as the 'open-air art gallery' of Rajasthan. The region lies the triangular area between Delhi, Jaipur and Bikaner and includes Jhunjhuniun, Sikar and Churu districts of Rajasthan, Shekhawati, is unique as no-where else in the world there is such a hundreds of haveli's, temples, cenotaphs, wells and forts. Day 04 / Mandawa - Jaipur (154 Kms - 3 Hrs. Drive)
After breakfast drive to Jaipur. Arrive Jaipur and transfer to Hotel. Later on visit to City Palace which is a blend of Rajasthani and Mughal architecture. A part of palace has been converted into museum. It has an impressive collection of arts, carpets, enamelware and weapons, Later visit Palace of Winds also known as Hawa Mahal, this elaborate building, now little more than a fa├žade, is encrusted with delicate screens and carved balconies from which the royal ladies, confined to their quarters, could sneak views of the outside world. Day 05 / Jaipur
After breakfast visit to Amber Fort - marvelous example of Rajput architecture with its terraces and ramparts reflected in the Maota Lake below. Go up the fort ascended on Caparisoned Elephant true to the style of the Maharajas of the past. The interiors of the fort has various royal halls decorated with intricate ivory, mirror and glass work complemented by exquisite wall paintings. After breakfast drive to Agra en-route visit to Fatehpur Sikri, built in 1569 by the Great Emperor Akbar. Today it is deserted & left in solitude to reminisce over its past glory then continue our drive to Agra. Arrive Agra check into Hotel. Evening free for Shopping. Overnight stay at Agra.

Day 07 / Agra
After early breakfast visit to Taj Mahal - Monument to Love which was built in 1630 by Mghal Emperor Shah Jahan as a tomb for his beloved wife Mumtaz Mahal. Construction of the Taj Mahal began in 1631, and is believed to have taken 18 years to complete, with over 20,000 craftsmen working around the clock. The design and construction is said to be that of the legendary architect, Ustad Ahamad Lahori. Legend has it that once construction was completed, Shah Jehan had Lahori's hands cut off, and blinded, so he would never be able to duplicate the structure. What makes the Taj Mahal unique is its perfect proportions, distinct femininity, medium of construction and ornamentation. Its marble exterior reflects rose and golden tints at sunrise and sunset, while it is dazzling white during the day. It is impossible to visualize the Taj Mahal in any surrounding others than its paradoxical garden. Paradise, in Islam, is visualized as a lush garden where running streams flow. When the Mughals brought this concept to India they elevated it to heights of Incomparable artistry then visit to AGRA FORT - Fort built in red sandstone with its magnificent palaces, halls of public and private audience and the beautiful gardens. This is where Emperor Shah Jahan was kept under house arrest by his third son Aurangzeb and spent the last year of his life viewing the Taj Mahal from across the river Jamuna.
