DELHI - AMRITSAR - DALHOUSIE - CHAMBA - KHAJJIAR - HARAMSHALA MANALI - SHIMLA - DELHI

Day 01: Delhi - Amritsar
Arrive Delhi and then board the train to Amritsar. Our representatives will meet you there and will assist you to reach the pre-booked hotel. Take some rest on arrival and then get ready to visit the Wagha Border and after spending some quality time there, return back to hotel.

Day 02: Amritsar Sightseeing
After having your breakfast, you can visit the famous places of Amritsar such as Local Gurudwaras, Jallianwala Bagh, Durgiana Temple, Amritsar Bazaar and other quaint places.

Day 03: Amritsar - Dalhousie (180 km/4hr)
After having the breakfast, drive to Dalhousie that was established by the British Governor General Lord Dalhousie. It is built around five hills and is wrapped in the groves of deodar and oak those make marvelous forests. The waterfalls, spring, wooded hills, and rivulets add charm to its beauty. Dalhousie has a touch ancient era and you can feel that with its colonial style building and houses.

Day 04: Dalhousie - Chamba - Khajjiar - Dalhousie (52 km each side)
Leave for Chamba early in the morning and you can visit Khajjair on the way, which was probably a glacial bowl formed during the last Himalayan ice age. It is also said that it was left with a lake that steadily withered away. Khajjiar is part of the notified Kalatop - Khajjiar sanctuary and one can see the Monal Pheasant here. This bird was common till recent years but it is hard to spot nowadays. After exploring the natural beauty, and sightseeing return back to Dalhousie.

Day 05: Dalhousie - Dharamshala (150 km/5 hr)
After breakfast drive to Dharamshala that is a perfect holiday destination, full of life yet peaceful. It covers a wide area in the form of twin settlement, Lower and upper Dharamshala. Lower Dharamshala (1380 m) is a busy commercial centre but the upper Dharamshala (1830 m) retains a British flavor and colonial lifestyle with the suburbs of Forsytheganj and Mcleodganj.

Day 06: Dharamshala (Mcleodganj)
Have breakfast and then leave the hotel room to visit the Mcleodganj, a famous little town of Dharamshala. It is also known as "Little Tibet" as the Dalai Lama resides here. You will see a small bazaar at the start of Mcleodganj, which has a variety of Tibetan handicrafts and artifacts. At the end of the spur is the Namgyal Monastery within which you will see the large idols of Buddha. Then you will see Padamsambhava and the charming church of St. John, various ancient temples such as Brijeshwari, Jwalamukhi, and Chamunda.

Day 07: Dharamshal - Manali (235 Km / 6 hrs)
Have breakfast at the hotel and then leave for Manali, a beautiful tourist place of Himachal Pradesh, India. Arrive Manali in the evening and reach the hotel.

Day 08: Manali - Rohtang Pass - Manali
Have breakfast and then get ready for a tour to Rohtang Pass, which shows the majesty of the mountains and the glaciers at their best. You can enjoy in this snowy haven by taking a sledge ride down the slopes or trying your luck climbing the little snow hills. On your back to Manali take a halt at the Rahalla falls and Solang Valley to enjoy some magnificent views and natural beauty. You can also visit the Marhi, Rahla falls and Nehru Kund.

Day 09: Manali
Have breakfast and then get ready to visit the Hadimba Devi Temple that is built in the peaceful and serene woods. Then you can visit the Vashist Bath, Tibetan Monastery and Roerich art Gallery, Naggar Castle and local Bazar Ping.

Day 10: Manali - Shimla (280 km/8 hr)
Have breakfast and then drive to Shimla, situated at a panoramic location. This hilly town is surrounded by green meadow and snow-capped peaks and is the perfect holiday destination. Arrive Shimla, take rest at the hotel and do your own activities.

Day 11: Shimla
Have breakfast and then depart for the winter sports capital, Kufri. Get a chance to photograph yourself in hired Pahari or Himachali outfits in the background of hills and snow capped mountains. Then enjoy horse riding or yak riding (on own) and then proceed to Naldhera, famous for its golf course and panoramic natural beauty. In the evening you can enjoy being in the famous Mall Road of Shimla.

Day 12: Shimla -Kalka - Delhi (117 km/ 8 hr)
After the breakfast, pack your luggage and then drive to Kalka Railway Station to board the train for Delhi. Leave for your home with the sweet memories of your tour.
