Day 01 / Delhi - Haridwar (By Train)
Today early board the Shatabdi Express for Haridwar arrive Haridwar meet and assist by Indian Travel Desk representative and transfer to Hotel. First have a bath at Har Ki Paudi is regarded as one of the most sacred baths to the Hindus. It has history attached to Indus Valley Civilization. Later visit to Mansa Devi Temple - on the hill top of the Haridwar then go for Chandi Devi which is 7 Kms from Haridwar. Evening eye witness to "Maha-Aarti" (Great Prayer) is offered every morning and evening, is a spectacular sight, when the aarti ceremony is performed at all temples in haridwar at the same instant. Hundreds throng to the ghats at Har-Ki-Pauri to participate in this festival. Offering of Divas, (lamps) and flowers are made to the river while priest perform choreographed movements, swinging the torches to the ages-old beat of Gongs and other music amidst uproar of sankhas is how they bid adieu every evening. It is a moving sight to watch hundreds of miniature Divas, (lamps) float along the river. Overnight stay at Haridwar.

Day 02 / Haridwar - Barkot (220kms/7hr)
Drive to Barkot via Dehradun & Mussoorie. En-route visit Kempty. The fall Set on the hilly terrains, the Kempty falls are stunningly beautiful. The water cascading down from an altitude of 4,500 feet and splitting further into five cascades, the water falls from a height of 40 feet giving the appearance of water jumping and playing on the rocks before falling down, continue our drive toward barkot. Arrive check into camp/hotel. Night stay at Barkot.

Day 03: Barkot - Yamunotri - Barkot {36kms drive & 7kms Trek (one side)}
After breakfast drive to Hanuman Chatti - The confluence of Hanuman Ganga & Yamuna River, from here you have to take local jeeps for Janki chatti (It helps to reduce the trek upto 8 kms), trek start from here to Yamunotri (6kms). Either by walk or by horse or by Doli at own cost. Arrive Yamunotri, One can cook rice by packing it in a cloth and dipping it in the hot water of the hot kund. Pilgrims take this cooked rice home as "Prasad". Yamunotri Temple: Maharani Gularia of Jaipur built the temple in the 19th Century. It was destroyed twice in the present century and rebuilt again. There are a Number of thermal springs in the vicinity of the temple, which flows into numerous pools. The most important of these is Surya Kund. Here near the temple "Pooja" can be offered to Divya Shila - A rock pillar, worshipped before entering the Yamunotri Temple. After taking bath in Jamunabai Kund's warn water and having "Darshan" of pious "Yamunaji" returning to Hanumanchatti. Later drive back to Barkot. Overnight stay at Hotel.

Day 04 / Barkot - Uttarkashi (100kms/4hr)
Drive to Uttarkashi via Barkot. Uttarkashi: Situated at the bank of river Bhagirathi. The temple of Lord Vishwanath is located here where a massive iron trident is erected. The other important temples situated here are Ekadash Rudra, Bhairav, Gyaneshwar and Goddess Kuteti Devi. Arrive check into camp / hotel. Night stay at Uttarkashi.

Day 05 / Uttarkashi - Gangotri - Uttarkashi (100kms/3hr each side)
After breakfast we proceed to Gangotri (3048 mts), en-route we enjoy picturesque Harsil village, Bhagirathi River and the most magnificent view of the Himalayas. Arrive Gangotri visit to Gangotri Temple: The temple, constructed by the Gorkha General Amar Singh Thapa in the 18th Century, is situated on the right bank of Bhagirathi see the Submerged Shivling: Submerged in the river, this natural rock Shivling is the place where, according to mythology Lord Shiva sat when he received the Ganga in his matted lock. It is visible in winter months when water level decreases later have darshan of Kedar Ganga Sangam: Around 100 Yards from the Ganga Temple flows the river Kedar Ganga. Starting from the Kedar Valle, this river meets the Bhagirathi on its left bank. Drive back to Uttarkashi. Night stay at Uttarkashi.

Day 06 / Uttarkashi - Rishikesh (170kms/6hr)
After breakfast, drive to Rishikesh - the 'place of sages' is a celebrated spiritual town on the bank of Ganga and is surrounded by Shivalik range of the Himalayas on three sides. It is said that when Raibhya Rishi did hard penances, God appeared by the name of "Hrishikesh" and this area hence firth came to be known as Rishikesh. Check in Hotel. Later visit Rishikesh Temples & Sight Seeing - Laxman Jhulla, Ram Jhulla, Triveni Ghat, Bharat Mandir, Shivananda Ashram, Parmarth Ashram (Evening Ganga Aarti).. Dinner & Overnight stay.

Day 07 / Rishikesh - Hardwar - Delhi (By Train)
Today time come to say "Good Bye" to this Dev Bhumi. After breakfast you will transfer to Railway Station to board the train for Delhi. Arrive Delhi. Tour ends with sweet memories.
