Customization Charges

  • Customization Charges: A fee of Rs. 50/- is charged for customization requests. This fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.

Booking Services

We offer a range of booking services including hotel bookings, cab bookings, and tour package bookings. These services can be secured with an Indital Token Amount of Rs. 500/-, which is 100% refundable until a confirmation voucher is issued. Flight ticket will be issued with 100% advance payment only.

Refund Policy

  1. Refund Before Confirmation Voucher Issuance:

    • The Indital Token Amount of Rs. 500/- is fully refundable if a confirmation voucher has not been issued.

  2. Refund After Confirmation Voucher Issuance:

    • Once a confirmation voucher is issued, a cancellation fee of Rs. 500/- will be deducted from the amount paid by the client.
    • The remaining amount will be refunded to the client after deducting any hotel and flight cancellation charges, if applicable.
    • Indian Travel Desk has no control over the cancellation charges imposed by hotels and airlines. Clients are advised to contact the respective hotel or airline customer care directly for any issues related to these charges.

Jurisdiction

All disputes arising under or in connection with this cancellation and refund policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi.

Effective Date

This policy is effective as of [1st May 2024] and remains in effect until further notice.
